ABSTRACT

Errors in Figures and Probability.—In the article, "Total Sleep Deprivation on Endogenous Depression," published in the September Archives (32:1121-1125, 1975), three errors occurred.

The copy along the vertical axis in the illustration on p 1122 should have read "Mean Depression Ratings (M + SEM)," indicating that the standard error of the mean is shown in the illustration. As published, that copy incorrectly ended "(M + SE)."

Although the legends for Fig 1 (p 1122) and Fig 2 (p 1123) were correct as published, the illustrations for the two figures were interchanged.

Also on page 1122, the 14th line from the bottom of column 2 should have ended "but not for the nurses' date (P <.20)," not "(P <.020)."
