Error in Figure.
In the article "An In Vivo Study of the Prefrontal Cortex of Schizophrenic Patients at Different Stages of Illness via Phosphorus Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy" published in the May issue of the Archives (1995;52:399-406), in Figure 1 on page 402, the lettering of a, b, and c is incorrect. The corrected figure is reprinted below. We regret the error. Figure 1. a, A typical in vivo phosphorus 31 magnetic resonance (31P MR) spectrum (thick line) from the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex of a control superimposed on the modeled spectrum (thin line). The spectral peaks are phosphomonoester (PME), inorganic orthophosphate (Pi), phosphodiester (PDE), phosphocreatine (PCr), and γ-, α-, and β-adenosine triphosphate (ATP). b, The individual Lorentzian line shapes of the modeled spectrum, c, The difference between the acquired spectrum and the modeled spectrum.
