However, it has a methodological problem that I believe should be brought to the attention of your readers.Corby et al found that "the meditators became physiologically activated during their meditations." This contrasts with the findings of the two previous physiological studies of Ananda Marga meditation, one by myself and my colleagues2 and the other by Ghista et al.2 These studies found that a state of wakeful relaxation and decreased metabolic activity was present during meditation.
