Errors in Text. In the Original Article titled “Modification of Cognitive Performance in Schizophrenia by Complexin 2 Gene Polymorphisms” by Begemann et al, published in the September issue of the Archives (2010;67[9]:879-888), 3 errors occurred in the text. On page 879, in the “Objective” section of the “Abstract,” the last sentence should have read, “Because synaptic dysfunction plays a key role in schizophrenia, the complexin 2 gene (CPLX2) was examined in the first phenotype-based genetic association study (PGAS) of GRAS.” On page 880, the first sentence of the first full paragraph should have read, “In the present study, we opted for an alternative approach to study genetic causes of the schizophrenic phenotype: a phenotype-based genetic association study (PGAS).” On page 883, the subheading in the right column should have read, “Phenotype-Based Genetic Association Study.”
